At NRCC we have three core values...

1.  Community.  We yearn to be a strong, authentic community of spiritual friends.   More than an added benefit to our lives, this trait defines NRCC.

2.  Spirituality.  We yearn to know our God. Through high times or low, wherever life leads us, our spirituality is to find God and connect with His Spirit inside us.

3.  Influence.  We yearn to be people of influence. While God is transforming us by His Truth and Love, ours is to share His goodness and life with those who walk with us.  Influence is not a program we do, but the life of God we live.
